  1. 1. Khalid said, “It’s not as if I’m smoking in the kitchen or the sitting room where is everyone.” The ending should be “where everyone is”.
    Tim said, “Rules is rules mate.” It should be “rules are rules mate”. The word “mate” means “friend”, but it is used for both friendly and unfriendly cases.
    2. “That’s that” means the comment is final.
    3. He said, “It’s not as if I’m smoking in the kitchen or the sitting room where is everyone.” What he means by “IT’s not as if…” is “I would understand your complaint if…”
