1. According to the owner, what does the business name mean?
He said that Ziferblat means “clockface” in Russian and German.
2. How does the interviewer feel about such people that might “wolf down” coffee and cake and then leave? And how does the owner feel about this?
The interviewer thinks it is abusing the system. The owner thinks it is fine, and htta is someone wants to eat as much as humanly possible, that is absolutely fine.
3. What reason is it that this business is expanding in Manchester and Liverpool but not in London?
He said that the rent is too high in London, and so he would have to charge 20 or 25 pence a minute, and that then becomes rather expensive for a one-hour stay.
