Stuffing

Another important part of the Christmas dinner is stuffing. According to its name, stuffing traditionally goes inside a chicken or turkey before roasting, but nowadays many people cook it separately. It is nice cooked on its own as it becomes more well-done and crispy. It is commonly made of bread crumbs with sage and other herbs, and other ingredients such as dried onion or apple. Some people make their own, but instant stuffing can be bought in any supermarket.
