Use “watch” for something that you expect to change or move – like a movie, baseball match, birds in the garden

Use “look” for a scene that stays the same, like mountains, a map, a photo
or for something you only look at for a brief moment, like a clock, the road (before crossing)

Use “see” for something you do not intend, like an accident or anything unexpected.
Or use “see” with “can” or “can’t”.
Or use “see” to mean “meet somebody”, for example, “I’m seeing my client tomorrow.”

Use ‘show’ when the object is the person who is looking.
