News Exercise #157

My questions are concerning the first five minutes, talking about the Labour Party membership.
1. In what way will the reformed Labour Party be different for party members outside the government?
2. At around 1:10-1:15 Corbyn used an expression that means involvement from all members, including from the lowest level. What was that expression?
3. From 1:50 he listed the areas of choosing austerity measures. What areas of spending did he mention?
4. What was his reaction to his critics, who have said some strong things against him?
