Christmas presents

Christmas presents – from family, from Santa:

There are two sets of presents at Christmas for children. It always seem unfair for parents that they have to save money all year to buy many presents from Santa, and also a main present from themselves. Usually, Santa’s presents ‘appear’ at the foot of the bed during the night, often inside a pillow case or sack. The kids run into their parents’ room with the sack in early Christmas morning (Dec 25th) and take everything out to show their parents. Presents from the family (including aunts and uncles, cousins, grandparents) are wrapped in festive paper and placed under the Christmas tree before Christmas. They are then opened on Christmas day, usually in the afternoon, after Christmas dinner.
