Sometime, when someone wants to stress the negative, they double it. It’s wrong but common, as it really does strengthen the negative in casual conversation – for example, “I can’t get no satisfaction” (Rolling Stones). However, this one is double… triple… quadruple negative. I feel the stress may somehow have been lost in this jumble of words!

By the way, “nuttin” is just the phonetic spelling of “nothing” said in some US accents.
