Interesting Words: Easy peasy lemon squeezy

Today I watched a video on Dictionary.com in which two American kids tried to explain some British expressions. One that was asked was “a piece of cake”, which means something that is extremely easy; it doesn’t even need thinking about – but one girl explained by using an even funnier expression herself – “Easy peasy lemon squeezy”. It’s a kids’ expression for the easiest thing. For example, “How was the test today?” “Oh, it was easy peasy lemon squeezy!”
